About the Client

The client develops industrial Andon and production management solutions that help manufacturing organizations monitor operations, improve production visibility, and respond to issues in real time. Its technology supports organizations across industries including aerospace component manufacturing, packaging, construction, and heavy machinery.

Challenge

As the client's platform matured, its engineering organization needed to support an expanding variety of customer environments, infrastructure configurations, and implementation requirements.

Not all technical challenges could be addressed through standard platform functionality. Many situations required engineers to investigate issues that crossed application, infrastructure, and deployment boundaries while developing solutions tailored to specific customer environments.

Solution

Through a Staff Augmentation engagement, Creative Software International supplemented the client's internal engineering team with Software Engineers experienced in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, React, MongoDB, MySQL, and Azure. As the engagement evolved, our engineers contributed across multiple areas of the technology stack:
